Kasparas Jurgelionis, Iron Wolf Capital

Kasparas Jurgelionis is Managing Partner at Iron Wolf Capital, a Baltic Sea Region-focused VC fund investing in deep tech, defence, and dual-use technologies.

Before co-founding Iron Wolf Capital, Kasparas spent seven years managing Achema Group's €1 billion industrial and energy portfolio. He has since led the fund through more than 30 investments across the Baltics and Ukraine, including a first-check investment in UFORCE, the first Ukrainian-British defence unicorn.

He holds a degree from the London School of Economics and is based between Vilnius and London.
