Raimonds Kulbergs is founder and General Partner of BADideas.fund, a pre-seed and seed fund investing in B2B AI companies across Northern Europe and CEE, with core deployment in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

He started the firm as an operator community in 2022, three years before raising an institutional fund. It now numbers 300 founders and operators who built at Shopify, Wise, Twilio, HubSpot, Bolt and Vinted, and that bench is the fund's post-investment model: every portfolio company begins a two-month go-to-market programme the day the money lands, with operators stepping in on specific problems as they surface. Fund I founders rate the programme 9.2 out of 10.

Before investing, Raimonds spent nine years in corporate finance and consulting, then built three companies and sold one, and went through 500 Startups in San Francisco.
