Tim Vaino

Tim Vaino is an investor at Practica Capital, a cross-Baltic VC fund with offices in Vilnius and Tallinn and one of the most active early-stage investors across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Currently investing out of fund III. Five years into venture, Tim is an early-stage, sector-agnostic investor.

Outside the fund, Tim co-founded fff.club, a community of high-net-worth tech operators investing in and beyond the Baltics, including secondaries in top US companies, and co-organizes “ruum”, a Tallinn builder residency.
