Annika Uudelepp, Medicum

Annika Uudelepp is an Estonian governance and business leader with extensive experience across healthcare, public administration, international organisations and investment. She is a Supervisory Board Member of Medicum and Medicum Group and a board member and co-founder of Tuleva. Previously, she worked as a Senior Advisor at the OECD, advising Western Balkan governments on governance reforms, and served as CEO of the Praxis Centre for Policy Studies and Chancellor of the Estonian Ministry of the Environment. She has also held leadership roles in healthcare and serves on several supervisory boards.
